Talking about clarity...

Well HELLO 2021!  And thank you for tuning in...it has been a while.

I've been processing - growing; and whew what a process it has been!  I stopped working with one coach and hired three; brought on three Black womxn to support my work AND made huge changes to my brand.  SO...a significant brand revamp was in order - and is currently in the works.  You can see a sneak peek on my IG Page... #StayTuned for more!

Now about that clarity...

• Processing leads to clarity about something or someone - if we let it.  #TrustTheProcess
• When you have that clarity, it is pretty useless unless activated.  #ActivateClarity
• Activating clarity is toxic if done without unapologetic authenticity. #AuthenticityIsTheWay

​Who I am as a coach...
It's been a struggle to figure out how to radiate all that is me out to y'all in a title that makes sense for what y'all know me for. 

For two decades, I ran a successful consulting company where I excelled at aligning the vision of a small business or nonprofit with their finances, systems, operations, people, and projects. 

​Years ago I started training and got certified as a Money, Mindset, and Business Coach.  And combining all of this into a title seemed troubling for me.

​After processing, it is clear to me that for some clients, I am an Authenticity Coach, and for the entrepreneurs, I am a Business Accelerator - and for the rest of my clients, I am both.

How I Serve

As a Coach, I guide marginalized people to a new, more confident & authentic version of themselves so they can harness and wield power that cannot be taken from them. 

As an Accelerator, I guide visionary entrepreneurs and nonprofit leaders to show up in authentic power, innovate within their field, and make impactful bank doing what they are called to do.

My Top Three Personal & Professional Values

• Empowerment for the marginalized I come across in my life and business.
• Integrity in being and doing as expressed through allowance and acceptance for all; modelling difference as the new norm.
• Justice for harm done to others, and against self by self and others.

To actively and unapologetically model how to be led by authentic desire, guide others to find, own, and celebrate their own difference so they can do the same, and join forces with these visionary leaders so we can collectively model the benefits of normalizing, allowing for, and valuing difference.

To guide people and organized groups to a new, more authentic and confident version of themselves with a focus on personalizing their success via actionable guidance so they can see enlightened possibilities and engage in powerful healing on growth journeys that take place in honoring, self-centered, and safe spaces.​

I wanted to give everyone this clarity for the changes they are experiencing and about to see in my world.  2021 is already showing out for me because I showed out for myself for years before.  It's my year y'all!!!  And, I intend to keep you connected to it all - for I do it to empower us all!
